Gift hamper boxes
A hamper mixes shapes: a glass jar of ghee or honey, a candle, a tin of tea, a small bottle. Each item needs its own pocket so nothing knocks against the next. We mould a single mycelium insert with a cavity for every item, then fit it inside a rigid box or a printed carton. One insert replaces the shredded paper, crinkle fill and plastic trays most hampers use.
Corporate gift boxes
Corporate gifting orders usually come with a fixed date, a logo and a mix of products that changes every year. We work from your product list, suggest a box size and insert layout, and make a sample so your team can check fit and finish before the full run. Diwali, New Year and client-event orders are worth starting early because rigid boxes and moulded inserts both need sampling time.
Large gift boxes
Large gift boxes for multi-item kits, bottles with glasses, or tableware get heavy quickly. For these we use thicker board, a stronger base and, where the weight calls for it, a corrugated outer carton so the rigid box is not doing the courier’s job. What goes inside: the insert matters more than the lid
Most gift boxes that arrive damaged had a good outer box and a poor insert. Thermocol cracks, plastic trays let glass rattle, and loose fill shifts in transit. A moulded mycelium insert is shaped to the product, so a jar or bottle is held on all sides. It feels natural in the hand, which suits a premium unboxing, and it removes single-use plastic from the gift.
