Dharaksha Ecosolutions has acquired 8,000 sq ft of new land to expand assembly operations. Demand is up across India and for export. Assembly is where finished packs get put together for dispatch — inserts into cartons, ice boxes ready for cold chain, rigid boxes closed and labelled. More space there means we can take more volume without stretching lead times.
Our biomanufacturing plant in Faridabad stays 27,000 sq ft, with 100+ people and more than 7,000 tonnes of agri-residue already turned into packaging. The 8,000 sq ft is extra land for assembly — not a bigger single building.
Why assembly is the bottleneck
Growing mycelium and moulding parts is only half the job. Brands need packs finished, checked and ready to ship. When programmes ramp — new SKUs, festival peaks, export lots — assembly often fills up first. Extra land lets us add that capacity instead of turning work away or delaying it.
India and worldwide supply
We manufacture in India and supply nationwide, with a strong focus on northern states and the NCR, plus export. Buyers come for plastic-free protection that still survives transit. That mix — domestic volume plus overseas orders — is exactly why assembly capacity has to grow with the plant, not lag behind it.
What we make
From our India base we produce:
- Mycelium packaging — protective inserts and custom moulded parts that replace thermocol
- ParaChill — mycelium ice boxes for cold chain
- Honeycomb board
- Kappa rigid boxes, including magnetic and pull-tab styles
- Corrugated cartons and shippers
